I'm Alicia, a fully qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist having studied at The London School of Soft Tissue Therapy.
Soft Tissue Therapy is designed to help alleviate discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stress, repetitive strain and many chronic pain conditions.
I am qualified to assess, treat and rehabilitate injuries using a wide range of techniques. These are aimed to increase recovery rate, assist injury prevention and improve overall posture and function in day to day life.
